An expert in People & Culture topics with a background in business psychology, Clarissa’s work at Nordic Oil focuses on establishing a healthy and happy working environment for all employees, from our HQ in Munich to our production site in the Netherlands. At the core of her role is being an approachable, trusting partner for everyone in the company, helping them to reach their full potential.
Based in the Netherlands, Jasper is responsible for all People & Culture related topics at our Dutch office. A recent graduate in Human Resource Management, he is a specialist in organisational culture and change and is driven to create a friendly, transparent and open working environment.
