Gently shake before use. This 7% CBG oil is well suited for sublingual absorption. To do this, place the desired dose under your tongue. Leave the oil in your mouth for about 60 seconds to absorb the CBG through the mucous membranes, then swallow. The recommended daily dose to start is 1 drop three times a day. The maximum daily dose of 10 mg must not be exceeded.
