Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase (from hereon referred to as “the contract”) within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by you has or has had possession of the goods.

by a clear statement (e.g. letter, phone call or e-mail) of your decision to cancel the contract. You may, but are not obliged to, use the attached sample withdrawal form.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the cancellation period.

Implications of the cancellation:

If you cancel the contract, we'll refund all your payments, excluding shipping costs. Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice. We'll refund using the same payment method you used originally, unless we've agreed otherwise. We won't charge you any fees for the refund.

We might wait to refund you until we get the goods back, or until you show us proof of returning the items, whichever comes first. You need to send back the items no later than 14 days after you tell us you want to cancel your order. You won't be late if you send the goods back before the end of the 14-day period. We'll cover the cost of return shipping.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:

You can't return custom-made items or items made based on your specific choices, and also items specifically designed to fit your needs.

Also, you can't return items that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons if their seal is broken after you receive them.
