We at Nordic Oil strongly believe in CBD and want as many people as possible to benefit from it. More and more of us our turning our attention to CBD. However, we find that many are unsure whether CBD oil works for them.
So how does it work?
At Nordic Oil you can buy your CBD product safely and we stand behind our products 100%. This means that if the product does not meet your expectations, you can make use of our satisfaction guarantee. With our satisfaction guarantee you can return your CBD oil within 30 days and we will be happy to give you the opportunity to exchange the product for another one or get the full amount you paid back. (The guarantee applies to new customers only).
To be able to use the satisfaction guarantee, you must meet the following requirements:
- You have used the product regularly and correctly for a period of at least 2 weeks.
- You have followed the instructions of the products and, if applicable, of our customer service.
- You have realistic expectations of the product, which have not been met.
- You comply with the conditions described in the satisfaction guarantee form.
How to make use of our satisfaction guarantee

Once you have submitted the form, we will verify within 5 working days if you meet the requirements. If you meet the requirements, we will send you a return label, which you will need to return the products. Once we receive the product back, we will refund your money.
IMPORTANT: Do not return the product until we have reviewed your form.
