What triggers psoriasis?

There can be many triggers that cause psoriasis. Both genetic predisposition and external factors can trigger psoriasis. Often stress or hormonal fluctuations can also be responsible for the occurrence of this skin condition.

What aggravates psoriasis?

An unhealthy diet, stress, psychological strain, insufficient rest, and environmental factors such as cold, dry air can worsen the condition. Smoking and obesity can also have a negative impact on the development of psoriasis.
