How to use CBD capsules?
Our CBD capsules with curcumin (960mg) are suitable for daily use.
Recommended use
Start with one capsule per day (16 mg CBD) and gradually increase to up to 3 capsules per day if needed.
It is generally safe to take the capsules on an empty stomach. However, if you have a sensitive bowel, it is recommended that you eat something before taking the capsules.
If you take 3 capsules a day, a pack of 60 capsules will last for about three weeks.
