Using CBD Crystals
A product perfect for more experienced CBD users, our CBD Crystals can be used in a number of different ways depending on your personal preference.
Placing CBD crystal powder directly under your tongue is the easiest way to use this isolate. Simply place your dose of powder under your tongue the same way as you would with CBD oil and hold it there for about 60 seconds. The CBD will then be delivered to the bloodstream via the mucus membranes.
You can also use your own cooking oil to make a CBD-infused oil to cook with. If you want to cook with oil infused with crystals, it’s important to maintain the cooking temperature at less than 350 degrees Fahrenheit, as CBD crystals heated at a higher temperature will lose their potency.
Mix in drinks
Another easy way to use CBD crystal powder is by blending it into coffee, tea, juice, or smoothies.
Combine in skincare products
CBD crystals can be mixed with skin oils and moisturisers to help ease inflammation and skin conditions.
What is a CBD crystal?
CBD crystals, also called CBD isolate, are pure CBD and nothing else. They contain no other cannabinoids or terpenes and are therefore tasteless and versatile. They can be consumed pure or mixed into food, drinks, creams or with a carrier oil.
Does CBD isolate show up on a drug test?
No, CBD crystals will not show up in a drug test because drug tests screen for THC. Since the crystals are 100% pure Cannabidiol, they contain no THC and therefore will not trigger a positive test result.
How do you dose CBD crystals?
CBD isolate is a little more difficult to dose and therefore more suitable for people who already have experience with CBD. Ideally, a digital scale which measures in mg is required for accurate dosage of the CBD crystals. In the beginning, it is recommended to start with a small amount and slowly increase the dose as needed.
Can you vape CBD crystals?
Yes, CBD crystals can be vaped in an e-cigarette or in a vape pen. You can add the crystals to a ready-made e-liquid or mix your own CBD liquid using PG and VG. As the CBD crystals themselves are flavourless, the crystals do not change the taste of the e-liquid.
