For optimal absorption, place the paste under the tongue. Leave for 1-2 minutes to be absorbed and then swallow the rest.
Using the dispenser, the dosage can be increased by 0.2 ml. Rotating the applicator 360 degrees corresponds to 0.2 ml of paste which contains 100 mg of CBD. This is the equivalent of 16 drops of our 15% CBD oil.

How to use CBD Paste?
If you're new to CBD Pastes, we recommend starting out with a small dose. So for beginners, we advise a half twist of the tube (about 0.1ml) , spread out over the day.
We recommend taking this in 3 separate doses; approximately 15-30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Recommended use
- Rotate the applicator 180 degrees to extract a small amount of paste
- Hold the paste under the tongue for about 60 seconds
- Swallow any remaining paste
