Our Shilajit capsules come from the pristine regions of the Himalayas and contain 500 mg of Shilajit extract per capsule in a 50:1 ratio, equivalent to 25,000 mg of Shilajit resin. Each capsule provides approximately 12,500 mg of fulvic acid and 3,000 mg of humic acid. The carefully purified extract is designed for optimal bioavailability and effectiveness.
